瑞致人物：吳家瑜 Joyce Wu

吳家瑜 (Joyce Wu) 畢業於明志科技大學工業設計系，於2023年加入瑞致的設計團隊，協助設計概念發展、品牌專案資料蒐集與分析。
Joyce 主修產品設計，具備完整的產品分析、產品企劃、產品開發及實務設計能力。在校期間積極參與系學會活動並擔任學校司儀，亦獲選中華民國工業設計協會跨國工作坊 (ADA-ISDW) 的台灣代表。求學期間主動爭取各類實習工作機會，並成功申請進入台塑集團總管理處服務長達一年，累積寶貴經驗與跨部門溝通技巧。
Joyce 擅長以創新觀點提出兼具創意與效益的解決方法。在一項產業創新競賽中，她發揮研究分析和統籌能力，與團隊設計出再生透明塑膠材質的機場行李標籤，搭配回收整合規劃，達到節約資源與環保永續，同時增進服務流程，為乘客、機場與航空公司創造三贏。
Joyce 對設計懷抱極大熱情，期待能從不同挑戰中持續成長。對她而言，設計是發現問題並提出解決方案，更是一種表達對世界看法的方式。
Joyce Wu joins Vetica Taipei in 2023 after graduating from Ming Chi University of Technology with a degree in Industrial Design. As a member of the design team, she assists in brand design system development as well as research and analysis for various projects.
Joyce majored in product design with a solid training in product analysis, planning, development, and design. She participated in a wide range of school activities including student council and served as emcee on many occasions. She was chosen to represent Taiwan in ADA-ISDW, a renown international design workshop for students in East Asia. During college years, she was keen to gain real work experiences, and got accepted to a year-long internship at Formosa Plastics Group, where she learned valuable knowledge and cross-department communication skills.
One of her strengths lies in solving problems with a unique blend of creativity and practicality. For her project in an entrepreneurship competition, after conducting a comprehensive analysis of the existing service process, Joyce led her team in developing an innovative airport luggage tag made from recycled plastic with an integrated recycling solution. This design could contribute to resource conservation and sustainability as well as improved service delivery, ultimately benefitting travelers, airlines, and airports alike.
Joyce loves all things design and continues to learn and grow through taking on new challenges. Through design, she aims at solving problems and expressing her unique worldview.
