Lucerne Convention Centre’s claim is “Space for innovation.” Our analysis of the target groups for trade fairs, events and conferences on the basis of extensive “customer journeys” showed that tried-and-trusted concepts are also often the best.
Together with the centre’s management, we therefore drew up a new multilevel value proposition. The new corporate design and verbal identity focus on space as the central theme as well as the brand's various touchpoints.
Our strategy and brand designers have put the Lucerne Convention Centre in the spotlight in several ways: through a uniform appearance for all analogue and digital touchpoints, a new guidance and building-signage system, a progressive interior design and an expanded service catalogue.
