An all-round shower experience

DUSCHOLUX has been producing high-quality shower and bath solutions for half a century. In response to rapidly changing market conditions, its shareholders decided that it was time to reposition the company on international markets. This led to strategic collaboration with Vetica. As a consequence, once the various customer requirements had been determined, the marketing strategy was adapted accordingly, the brand was provided with a new self-concept and the image was modernised.

In the space of just 14 months – from the initial meeting to the market launch – the entire brand world was revised and the portfolio condensed and divided into five product worlds, thus focussing activity on the essentials. In this, the new clarity and consistency of the various touchpoints of the DUSCHOLUX brand were extremely important. The design, architecture and functionality together form a simple and yet high-class whole. Customer requirements generate trends and innovations.

Relaunch of the Duscholux brand

Our passion for the precise, holistic translation of corporate strategies into genuine customer experiences was decisive in this project. In future, the DUSCHOLUX brand will serve all customer segments with unique bathroom-related products and services. Thanks to a new all-round shower portfolio, the brand offers architects and planners significant added value. Products can be bought, experiences cannot. We are therefore proud that we were able to accompany DUSCHOLUX on this evolutionary journey.
