Wine transcends digital boundaries

“We would like to make our products and services more accessible digitally.” This was the central demand of the managers and owners of Bataillard, and it formed the basis for a completely new digital brand image.

The company, which is based in Rothenburg in the Canton of Lucerne, already has a long and illustrious history. It is currently run by the fifth generation of owners. Bataillard has been selling wine for more than 200 years.

The aim of the digital transformation and the new website is to present Bataillard’s complete range of services. In the process, it was important to define the different target groups and their requirements so that the subsequent solutions could be tailored accordingly. No matter whether an end consumer is looking for a fine wine, a restaurant-owner is developing his wine list, or a winegrower hopes to use Bataillard to sell his products internationally, Bataillard offers everything from a single source.
