The three most important statements from the study:

  1. The better the connection of all touchpoints such as products, services and brand is worked out, the higher the loyalty on the customer side will be.
  2. The clearer the topic of design excellence is managed in a company (with brand and design principles), the more consistently new products and services can be developed in the future.
