Starting position

Wellcare is a healthcare company specialized in relaxation products such as electric heating blankets and pads. Based on the concept of “We Care”, Wellcare has successfully expanded its ODM business into the global markets. A new era for Wellcare is commencing. With the expansion of their OBM business and in close cooperation with Vetica, a highly valuable and corresponding brand identity system was created. 

The solution

In order to make a successful and smooth transition from Wellcare’s brand ODM to OBM, Vetica and the management closely defined new strategic implementations. The new slogan - “Care Around You” was developed along side the brand’s repositioning. Moreover, a new identity to symbolize the future brand concept of ‘care’, by echoing the product concept of ‘air flow’, was established.

Vetica developed a complete set of new design implementations that enable the brand identity system of Wellcare to be consistent at all Touch Points. These include the stationary, the packaging, cataloges / brochures, the website and many others.

By extending the overall brand concept, Vetica created a technical brand identity for the “4D DWF (Dynamic Warmth Flow)” - an innovative new technology of Wellcare, which visualizes and communicates their strengths in technical development.

The branding concept for Wellcare presents the procedures for building a new brand from start to finish. All details must be well assorted, designed and executed. The Wellcare brand identity system carefully completed and managed by Vetica, portrays a consistent brand image on all levels. Furthermore, Vetica assisted Wellcare to define their product portfolio and brand awareness for its ODM business. As a result, this not only ensures a very flexible business strategy but also enlarges their brand exposure into all channels.
